Do Students get access to the New York Times or other newspapers?

Answer

The library provides a digital subscription to the New York Times for all law faculty, students, and staff. To claim your subscription, go to this link and register for an account. Once registered, you will be able to log in and access any articles you like from any device. If you have any trouble accessing the database, please reach out to Joan Stringfellow and she can assist you further.

As to other major newspapers, the University Libraries in College Station provides access to the electronic editions of the Wall Street Journal, Dallas Morning News, the Houston Chronicle, and others. Please click here to access those resources.

The law library subscribes to the digital edition of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram. If you would like an article from the Fort Worth Star-Telegram retrieved for you, you can e-mail the reference desk.

Additionally, this research guide can point you in the direction of additional titles and archives. Please note that you may be prompted to enter your UIN and NetID.
